NATURAL LIGHT HEADSHOTS 

This is the option for you if you’d like some beautiful headshots for your website and/or marketing efforts. Rather than a studio setting, we’ll take advantage of the Hotel architecture & grounds and the beautiful weather in San Diego to get shots with the most natural sense of depth and color.

You’ll get:

  • Up to 10 images given the ‘Digital darkroom’ service
  • High & web-resolution digital files
  • Colorizing (color, B&W, colorized) formatting (JPG, PNG, camera ready) and sizing (square, banner) done according to your specified needs
  • Recommendations for printing services in US & Europe

 

LOCATION LIFESTYLE SHOOT

This is the photographic party product. We’ll go out on location with San Diego local June Bayha and get creative. Do you wish to have a wistful shot running on the beach, a power shot stopping traffic in the middle of an intersection, a peaceful perspective of yoga under a tree, or a magical session with birds tying bows in your hair like Cinderella, this is your chance. Due to time constraints of going off-site this will be limited to 12 people.

You’ll get:

  • A selection of locations to create a unified set of lifestyle images
  • Up to 20 images all given the ‘digital darkroom’ service
  • Up to 10 complementary images sent through the ‘digital darkroom’ to create a lifestyle set for your web and marketing purposes (i.e. if your shot is at the beach your complementary shots may include crashing waves, starfish or shells)
  • High & web-resolution digital files
  • Colorizing (color, B&W, colorized) formatting (JPG, PNG, camera ready art) and sizing (square, banner) done according to your specified needs
  • Recommendations for printing services in US & Europe

 ‘SPEED-COACHING’ SESSION FOR CAMERA-READY COACHES

You know the tools, but when it comes to personal appearance and having your picture taken there are a few pesky thoughts still rattling around in your head. We’ll voice them out and send you away with a practice to get yourself camera-ready!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Can't find your photographic heart's desire here? We have kept a few photographic goodies in store for you should the desire and impulse inspire you at the Summit; details below:

‘SAY CHEESE’ QUICK-SHOT LUNCH HOUR

If what you really need is a single, crisp image for online PR and Social Media, we’ll set aside a lunch hour at a common location with a neutral background and invite everyone who wants to to come and ‘say cheese’.

You’ll get:

  • Up to 2 low resolution digital images for online use

 

‘NOT-SO’ CANDIDS 

This is the ‘get lucky’ product. If we capture a candid image of you while we jump around the summit sessions for MBI Inc and you would like a copy of it for your personal use, we will give the image a run through our ‘digital darkroom’ to shine it up brightly and offer a high resolution digital file in color, B&W and even colorized for your brand if you’d like. We may not get images of everybody, but if we do, this is your chance to ‘get lucky’! These images may also be used by MBI for future marketing.

THE FINE PRINT - REGISTRATION PROCESS, POLICIES & DETAILS

REGISTRATION PROCESS:

I apologize in advance that this process is not perfectly automated. Please bear with me as I work through that. I am based in GMT+4, so the opposite side of the world as PST (12 timezones away), so please give us 24 hours to reply to your emails. In the meantime, if it magically automates itself, smile a little smile and know that we were assisted though this particular Square 3 technical jungle!

  1. You send us your service request via the form above
  2. We'll send you a PayPal Invoice for the services according to the service and payment options you list in the form
  3. Once we receive your payment/retainer we'll send you a link to the scheduling form. As they say in Australia we are scheduling "first in, best dressed" ( aka first come, first served) an of course we will do our very best to accommodate everyone's schedule preferences as best we can
  4. When you arrive at the summit, we'll have a booth at the registration, you can see the possible locations for your photo shoot and we'll determine the exact location where we'll meet for your scheduled session. This will be your opportunity to ask questions in-person which will ensure you get the most out of your photo shoot

POLICIES:

  • PAYMENT OPTIONS
    • A 2-payment plan is available. $100 Retainer is due upon registration, balance is due before 10 March 2014
  • RETAINER
    • Upon registration, $100 retainer is due, prior to scheduling
    • Once you have a scheduled shoot time, the retainer is non-refundable.
    • If you cancel your session after paying the retainer, but prior to scheduling, we will refund the retainer less $5 service fees
    • You may trade/give your scheduled service to someone else, but any exchange of non-refundable payments is between you and the other party. 
    • If you need to cancel your booking prior to March 1st, 2014, we will refund any value above the non-refundable retainer
  • SCHEDULING
    • We hope to make scheduling as simple as possible so that everyone gets a time slot that allows them to enjoy all of the rest of the summit activities they would like
    • Scheduling will be done on a first come, first served basis 
    • if there is an alternate and preferable session time available, you are welcome to take it
  • INVOICES
    • Invoices will be sent to the email address you list in the form via PayPal according to the payment options you list in the form
